MSHA Diesel Toolbox
The U.S. Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) recently published a report, written by Dr. Winthrop F. Watts, Jr. of the CDR, that offers a number of recommendations for reducing PM emissions from diesel equipment used in confined areas, such as underground mines.
